Our croissants are a labor of love — 72 hours in the making. We use a traditional French lamination technique with high-fat European butter, folding the dough by hand to create 81 delicate layers. The result is a croissant with a shattering golden crust and an airy, honeycomb interior that practically melts in your mouth. Available plain, chocolate, almond, and ham & cheese.
